Laura Marchetti, 39, launched natural wine boutique Riverview Wine and Spirits earlier this year in the Heights section of Jersey City. Northwest of Newport, The Heights is where she also resides in the two-family home she purchased in early 2016.

“I was drawn to The Heights because of the vibrant, wonderful hodgepodge of many different ethnicities, a strong community interactiveness and a burgeoning scene of other women business owners as well,” Marchetti says.
